exchange and Refund

I bought something from them and it didn’t fit , logged a refund they scheduled to pick up the product Tuesday 28 October they didn’t come and rescheduled for 29 I waited for them then now all off a sudden the rescheduled for month end November a whole month this is not the first time they do this without communicating the last time I ended up giving the product to someone because they didn’t pick it for a month with no communication.
