Exchange

I had ordered 3 sneakers and a sandal, I paid for fast delivery as i needed the shoes urgently. The shoes arrived one sneaker was small and the sandal was small too. I requested an exchange on the 3rd of November was told they would make it on the 5th of November, 5th of November i received a text saying they are delayed, the whole week goes by without an communication untill on the 15th of November 2021 i write an email to them, the agent tried to help but i see that she refunded me for a sandal of which when i look at their website the bigger size i want is available as for the sneaker nothing is being done about it and today is the 18th of November 2021
