Excellent Service no complaints

I purchased an Item,and wanted to return it. instead of refund,i clicked exchange, and go sent the same item (a new one) called the call center,i explained my mistake, they were so friendly and understanding.. explained the process i needed to follow, and how the refund would work. <br> the funds were transferred back into my account yesterday.. and despite it all being my fault, they were friendly and patient enough to guide me through the process..<br> would definitely use them again :-)..<br> keep up the refreshingly good service.
