Excellent service

As an avid online shopper I'm extremely impressed by the swift and smooth refund process. I've dealt with certain online retailers whom I've had to chase around and wait countless days while nothing was being done, which is quite the opposite to the method the Superbalist team have shown. Two items I ordered did not fit, sent a request for a refund to my credit card, this was approved within 48hrs as promised and the courier collected my parcel on the same day. As soon as my item was delivered back I received a notification saying that my refund had been processed (no run arounds, no begging for answers etc.) Excellent service, keep it up!
