Excellent returns process

I ordered clothes a week ago and when I fitted the items they were either too big or too small. I logged a return on the app. It was very easy. You just select the items that you want to return.

They then send you a confirmation email. They collected the items from me the next day free of charge and they also notify you every step of the way. I received my refund about a week after I logged it. Must say very impressed.
