Excellent Customer Service and feedback
Absolutely excellent service! Yesterday I submitted two queries to Superbalist regarding a dress. From start to finish Alex handled my query's swiftly and efficiently. She was friendly, courteous, kind and immediately had a solution to offer when she called me with direct feedback a short while later, which was so refreshing, surprising and amazing. Excellent customer service - this is how it should be done. Well done Alex and Suberbalist!
