*****ed up my delivery and then cancelled my order!!! Didn't even take responsibility for their own mess.

I ordered a desk and office chair and delivery was scheduled by them for Monday the 11th of January. They then decide to deliver on Saturday the 9th. I wasn't home and immediately sent an email upon reception of their sms to ask them to please come on the original date (the 11th). I asked the courier to also come back on Monday the 11th. Superbalist rep**** to my email stating that they will assign my delivery for the 11th again. They then tried to deliver it again on Sunday the 10th and I was once again not home as I've stated to them in my email. Superbalist then cancelled my order and sent my items back to the warehouse because they apparently couldn't reach me for delivery. If they just stuck to the original delivery date it would have been fine, but now I have to repurchase these items at R1000 more expensive than when I bought them on sale. I am incredibly upset that they messed up the delivery, blamed me and then cancelled my order!! I am awaiting my refund also...
