Duplicate Payments due to time out on internet

When trying to make a payment for my order not only did the payments actually go through when the internet timed out but I am not able to get hold of a single person to get my money and I missed out the jersey I wanted because the payflex kept on timing out. The payment was done 3 times!!! I want my money back for the other 2 times it wasn't supposed, can someone please contact me!!!!
