Drivers lying on delivery notes

It is becoming increasingly frustrating and annoying that I have to pay for quick delivery especially weekend and the drive will not pitch and put on the notes that I was not home or refused thr delivery.This has been happening a few times and picked drivers just don't want to do deliveries over weekend how when I paid extra for this .If somr drivers don't want to do deliveries please get someone who doe; currently in my house 16:53 checked tracking and notes say I refused the delivery how when I went no where waiting for the parcel I paid extra to get it .
