Driver service PATHETIC

I ordered items on superbalist (delivered by take alot) and it was too small. When I requested for them to collect it fir a refund their driver's twice in a row gave me poor service. The first day the driver tells me outside when I get outside he tells me no I need to walk to get him in the main road. The second day the driver drives past my house then I got a message from superbalist that he wasn't able to reach me.. what the hell? I'm sacrificing days to stay home for collection and they taking my time for a joke!
