Driver **** and said he attempted delivery but never tried to deliver!

Would give ZERO stars. Delivery was due for 13 January 2023. I spent all day waiting at the address only to receive an SMS stating "we tried to deliver your order but couldn't" (very professional wording might I add).

Order was never attempted to be delivered, I never received a call from a driver, didn't receive a tracking code.

I reached out on Twitter, Facebook and email and was told they would submit a request to have my order reattempted for delivery, after that message radio silence on all platforms. I logged another ticket, but still no response.

If you look at your drivers records you will see that they are LYING, no delivery was attempted. I need my parcel today as promised and the staff not responding is not making this situation better.
