Driver incident

I placed an order and the driver who delivered my parcel entered our house without anyone letting him in and money went missing from the lounge. I have reported it and they had the audacity to ask me for camera footage. Next thing they ****** drivers will come into a house and do whatever they want because most houses don't have cameras inside the house. They have not responded to me and my incident has since been closed.
