Dont shop at superbalist they will mess up your order and have no answers

my order was placed 28th december and scheduled for delivery on 4th January and nobody can say where my order is i called and all i get is the problems superbalist has and not once do i get told how the matter is going to be resolved just its now escalated and i must wait 24-48 hours for a sms
