Don't pay refunds back

I placed an order for a dress in June, once received I notified Superbalist that I want to return it, I returned it and had confirmation that they received it and refunded me but until now I haven't received the refund in my account. I have been talking to them and emailing them and everyday I have to speak to someone new or they say they will revert back. I even had to go to my bank and pull a statement that I emailed to them to proof I received nothing and still no refund. My order is 613943. I need them to refund me Asap as it is more than R1300 and I need my refund asap...... They have my telephone number and all my details.

Worst service ever.
