Dont buy from these ********!

Ive always bought stuff from this now pathetic company and this time their service has just gone down the toilet.

I placed an order on the 25th and it was due for delivery on 28 Jul 22.My order never arrived and no one phoned or made any contact.It got rescheduled for 29 Jul 22 and again my parcel was not delivered but sent to Kimberly as the parcel was "TOO BIG".I spent whole day phoning customer services to get help and they just made a whole lot of empty promises. Today the 29th i phoned again and was told my parcel was sent back to JHB without any communication.
