Don’t buy from them!

Customer service is non-existent! I ordered a medium costume, the product is a defect as it won’t even fit over my one thigh, they promised to refund me but then suddenly changed their minds saying it was my fault, because the size guide is merely a ‘guideline’ and it’s up the consumer to follow up. Disgusting. Will never purchase from them again.
