Don't buy from Superbalist

On 23 February I ordered on Superbalist order number ***9 I paid for 8 items and my clothes arrived on the 2nd of March I was at work and my husband didn't open the box so when I came back I check the parcel it was a small box inside with 3 things and a little plastic inside with a jean that doesn't belong to me .I called the driver and ask him to check if they didnt forget to leave my box and he said no,I sent an email notifying Superbalist that my order was not complete and they responded by asking if the box had been tampered with and I told them no it was too small to carry everything inside and the plastic didn't belong to me ,since the 3rd of March I have been sending emails everyday to ask about my order maybe on the 7th of March Mfundo .z sent me an emailing telling me that my order was lost in transit and ever since that they have been quite ,they have never called me Iam the one who is always sending an email and asking on their Instagram page. I wrote an emails since I wanted to exchange 1 of the 3 things I got and they fetched the item . whenever I ask about my missing order they tell me about the exchange .iami still asking my self where is the rest of my order ?
