Don't buy at Superbalist

I bought some items from Superbalist. I unfortunately had to return a few items because they weren't fitting properly. I logged onto my account and requested a return which was accepted. I got a confirmation sms stating that my parcel would be collected on 04 December 2020. The delivery date was postponed several times and it was only collected on 09 December. On Monday (14/12/2020) I got confirmation that my new delivery with the correct sizes would be delivered on 14 December 2020 by 5 pm which did not happen. The delivery date was postponed twice already and I still haven't received my parcel. I called their call center this morning to complain about the delivery of my parcel and to try and confirm when my parcel would be delivered. After I explained the situation to the consultant (Zodwa if I remember correctly), she put me on hold for more than 5 minutes which I think was just a strategy for me to loose my patience and eventually hang up. They have the worst customer care line and the worst courier service on this planet. I would not recommend anyone to buy items from them.
