Do not use them! They suck!!! Their communication skills is trash! ***********!!! They don’t give a F bout you!

Mh! Guys, when I tell you that I’ve never been tested like this in my whole life. If y’all could see the back and forth I’ve had with them on emails, IG ( the worst) and telephonically. Wow! So this is all about an order I placed on the 3rd of October. I logged a return on the 10th. When I tell you that I’ve been home or in close proximity to my house since that Friday. They haven’t come. It’s 20+ days now. I feel so abused by these people. I just want them to collect their stuff and give me my refund. I can’t believe this. Their communication sucks, you don’t get a call from not a single manager. One person called me last week and said she’d call me back and she never did. Again today I was promised that they would come. It’s not 17:14 and I’ve heard nothing from them. I even resorted to sending e message to the ceo on LinkedIn to no avail. You suck!!!
