DO NOT USE SUPERBALIST AT ALL

Good evening,

I have made an order with them over a MONTH ago which was for my sister's birthday. I am over seas and was sending her some clothes as my parents cannot afford to buy them for her themselves.

I believe my order was actually ****** by their delivery team.

I have phoned them dozens of times, each time getting a new and meaningless reference number. I have emailed back and forth with their very unprofessional customer service reps (being asked several times on the same chain for my order number???), and I will now be taking legal action to get my money back as this is absolutely shocking and unacceptable.
