Do not trust Superbalist

No delivery after nearly 3 weeks. I phoned, no communication at all from Superbalist to explain the delay. I was told that the courier lost the decor items, that the items are no longer available and that I will receive a refund. The problem is I wanted the decor items for my house, for a purpose. I am going back to Cape Town this weekend. There is no time to search for new items as the couriers will not be able to deliver on time. Shop with other online decor suppliers. It has happened before and will happen again.
