DO NOT SHOP FROM TAKE A LOT!

⚠️ PUBLIC WARNING – MY EXPERIENCE WITH TAKEALOT I urge customers to exercise extreme caution before purchasing from Takealot. I cancelled my order before delivery, but it was still delivered. I returned the phone unopened and unused, yet after approximately two weeks in Takealot’s possession, my return was rejected based on an allegation that the phone had been used. I also received a claim that a power bank was found inside the phone box. If that is accurate, Takealot should investigate its own supplier, warehouse and handling procedures rather than make unsupported allegations against a customer. I have disputed these claims and retained all relevant evidence. The matter is being escalated to the appropriate consumer-protection authorities and my legal representative. Think carefully before placing an order. My experience has raised serious concerns about Takealot’s return procedures, accountability and customer service. Customers deserve transparency, fair treatment and refunds when returns are valid.
