DO NOT SHOP AT SUPERBALIST

I'm a student so I obviously don't have all the money in the world but when I do I enjoy spoiling myself. I thought, what better way to do it than to go on to superbalist and find something I thought was cute. I placed an order and paid for same day delivery and it obviously came as a shock to me when, after I paid, it told me my order was canceled. I sent an email in as soon as it was canceled to try find out why it was canceled, I didn't get any response so I sent in another email later that day and still nothing, the next day I waited a reasonable amount of time before emailing them for the THIRD time. They eventually got back to me in an email saying that I was "flagged by their ***** system" and that I would need to do a reversal. At this point I'm already disappointed because I placed an order for same day delivery and they didn't even have the decency to explain why I wouldn't be receiving my order the same day I ordered. I calmed down slightly and thought to just do as they say and request for a reversal only to find out that the reversal would now cost me R320.00, once again furious I emailed asking for higher authorities information as I did not feel it was fair for me to pay for something that went wrong on their side and the very unhelpful person assisting me said he couldn't help me any further and ignored the rest of my emails. I have never in my life been more infuriated.
