DO NOT ORDER FROM SUPERBALIST.COM

After being a loyal customer to this website, I will never again purchase from them. Date of purchase was 26 November 2017, first schedule delivery, 01 December 2017. In short, every single week day since the 1st, get a SMS in the morning saying goods will be delivered, then between 4pm and 5pm, get a SMS to say delivery cannot be completed, rescheduled for the next day. Contact their "concierge" and each and every one gives you an automated ******* reply. Bottom line is that they do not even know where the delivery is or what is happening. They have no control and all they can do is log onto the courier and read the same updates I can read. Then if you send a message through their site, you get another utter useless response saying it will be delivered today, or the next day blah blah blah. They do not care about the customer, just giving you a heads up. I have now cancelled the order, on the 12th of December 2017, let's wait and see how long it takes to get my refund. They then have the cheek to send me this: "Our delivery partner, MRDExpress, has let us know that they've made a few attempts to deliver your Superbalist order ********** . Regrettably, they have not been able to reach you" This is the same delivery address I have used on every single order, now all of a sudden they have made attempts. They did not try and contact me on any of the correct contact details that I have saved. Uterly useless, please do not support them.
