DO NOT BUY FROM SUPERBALIST - THEY SUCK

I purchased an order online 2018-12-02: Order # ********** Delivery was confirmed for 2018-12-06 On the day I received notification that delivery would not be done but only the next 2018-12-07 Delivery occurred on 2018-12-07, but items were delivered in an unsealed box. I refused receipt as I did not have time to get the information on items ordered and check that all were present. I then received notification that I had refused delivery - true, but no more info. I contacted Customer care. Though speedy in their reply, they confirmed that they could not re-delver my items, but would procedd a refund which would take 5 - 10 working days

This is unacceptable. 1. non delivery was in no part due to error on my side 2. Payment was made on order 3. Expectation was created with a confirmed delivery date, based on which I made other arrangements, and this was not honored 4. Delivery was unacceptable 5. I am now penalized with another 10 days being out of pocket of funds, bring to a total me having "loaned" my money to superbalist for 15 days without receiving any service or products
