DO NOT BUY FROM SUPERBALIST!!!

I used to have pleasant experiences with Superbalist.com up until I returned an item and didn't receive my money back, till this day even no refund whatsoever! I returned the item late October last year and they made it certain that the refund would be processed in about 3-5 days, I waited an extra two weeks not worrying too much thinking it would reflect eventually. I lost patience and called the after sales department demanding answers and I was told that my money had been returned to my account and that I should check with my bank, there was no sign of my refund still. I then called again to inform them that there is no sign of my refund, only then I was told that my refund had not been processed! This was due to "the type of account I had used", an email was then sent to me asking me to provide my banking details so that a manual EFT would be processed as an alternative. I sent the details and still no sign of my money till this day!!! I haven't even bought anything from since this saga, it's utterly disappointing. They're so quick to collect the item you're returning but make it a mission impossible getting your money back. I don't even know how I feel about this anymore, I just want my money back. Superbalist is a lost cause!!!
