dissatisfied with Superbalist

Placed an order for work clothing items which were supposed to be delivered on the 14 May 2020, received emails and texts stating that i would receive my order my order on the 15 May 2020 before 5 pm. As till today i have never received my order, the help center tab is not working so it is not letting me send a message, they are not taking calls and sent an email to some email address i found on the internet and still no reply.
