Dissatisfied and frustrated customer

Yho their customer service is the worst. I’ve been asking them to update my delivery contact details for almost two weeks know. I’ve sent multiple emails and they are not responding. I called them but still my issue was not resolved. They don’t care about their customers to be honest. The only thing they care about is our money. I can’t get my order and they are not will to help. Immediately after placing my order I realized that I forgot to update my contact details. I tried to update them after placing my order but it’s was not possible. The customer service is not willing to help. I just want them to refund me cause I don’t want the items anymore. I wish they could learn a thing or two from Zando or takelot. My money is gone and I don’t have my order.
