Dissatisfaction with Superbalist

I bought kids shoes early September, they arrived with a charger, i wrote to them they never responded. My son wore the shoes either way but then I realized they were big, i returned them and received an email that they cannot be exchanged or refunded as they were dirty underneath, they will return the shoes to me. I accepted that and asked to return the shoes with the charger i never received. A month later, i have not received the shoes, no refund, no exchange.
