Dissapointing Superbalist

So we bought some clothes for our daughter on black friday and they were delivered a day earlier on time. Problem started whn we logged a return for items we wanted exchanged or refunded, not only were the items picked up late their delivery personnel has a habit of not showing to collect bt send an SMS claiming they tried collecting bt nobody was available...LIES

I'v contacted SUPERBALIST numerous times till today we have'nt been refunded for the items tht we returned, i know the is R155.13 in my superbalist wallet bt we returned 6 items in total. Yersterday order ********** was delivered at a wrong adress. I am deeply dissappointed by the level of service i'v received from Superbalist and their fashion assistants who offer no solution but excuses.
