Dissapointed

Normaly I have had an positive experiance with superbalist, their survase is fast and trustworthy. But, I have been having some problems getting answers on an order that I have placed onf the 25th of April 2022. It has been processing for 2 weeks now. After repeated attempts to contact their 'client concierge', I still have now answers. They do not answer the phone and do not respond to emails. Sad to say I am dissapointed and would definitely look closer at their competitors next time.
