Dissapointed

First time online purchase for a bottle perfume and a top, only to get the top delivered with no perfume. I received an email to confirm both items have been delivered. I immediately sent an email, only to be told that the concierge is waiting on feedback. I’m still waiting.... 4 days later for the feedback
