Disrespectful Drivers

I would like to express my total and utter disappointment in a Superbalist Delivery that took place today. The driver who was delivering my parcel sadly had a very bad attitude, and on 4 different occasions argued with me over my parcel, when i asked him what his problem was he walked way from me and withheld my parcel and locked it in his car, he has absolutely no respect what so ever. it took me about 5 minutes to argue with him to give me a parcel which I had paid for. I am shocked that people can act in this manner considering Jobs are scarce out there.
