Absolute frustration and chaos with this company, especially after years of being loyal customers. We’ve been shopping with Superbalist since their early days, but lately, everything has gone downhill. There seems to be an issue with nearly every order, and resolutions take days, if not weeks.

The latest purchase was the final straw. They unilaterally decided to refund me, completely ignoring that this item was supposed to be delivered by a specific date and time. There was no communication, no accountability—just a blatant disregard for their customers’ time and trust.

Superbalist hasn’t just wasted my time and effort; they’ve ruined what was meant to be a thoughtful gift for someone special. This is not the company it once was, and I will not be shopping here again.
