Dishonesty from superbalist

I have my work address on the order, they 1st schedule delivery for a Saturday while the address marked office. Then reschedule for Monday " I'm in the office since 7:30 and haven't left my desk and no one asked for me and when I am tracking the order the status says recipient refused delivery.

It is imperative to make prior arrangements with us when you are notified that your delivery will be fulfilled that we request the branch to call you upon delivery accordingly as the driver only uses his palm -pod as a safety and security measures that our couriers have implemented. As soon as the parcel has been booked back into stock, please be advised that a cancellation order will proceed as a return and is quite a lengthy process. I orders the clothes for my daughter to wear on Christmas day on the 11th of December , today is the 19th and they are cancelling my order, what will be 3 year old wear now.

I supported this channel for years now because of their efficiency and for them to treat me like this towards such a special day for my family it un acceptable.
