Dishonesty and ********* dealings with customers

I regret the day I registered and started purchasing clothes on line from a store called Superbalist. I have been purchasing things from them. My last order was where a few items, upon delivery I found out they were not my size .

I called them to come collect the items, today I get as shock to be told that one of the items is damaged because there is not tag on the item, this is nonsense, I return the thing as it was I never removed anything from it. there is no damage on that thing.

I had ask them not to give me the funds and put it in wallet as I was still planning to purchase some things from them. I will not take the item back as the item was returned in its original form. There are no damages. The piece of paper they say was removed how was it a damage? And it was never removed as the item came like that.

If we do not find an amicable solution in this I will go on every social platform I can find and make it know how cruel and ********* these people are.
