Dishonesty and integrity issues from superbalist

Cullen P indicated via email (16th Nov) that refund had been processed. Dishonest and Conflicting messaging from Superbalist. Overall matter was handled terribly. For some reason, I expected more from this company. Superbalist is dishonest and disorganised. If I hadn’t said anything they would’ve been happy to ***** my money
