Dishonest people who lack Integrity

I have been accused of returning shoes without a shoe box, the audacity of Nondumiso Khoza. She doesn't even bother to ask if that is true, instead she claims that the shoes are not in a salable condition. The shoes were handed over to the delivery guy in the original box that they came in, how the box vanished is unknown to me. I have spent over R2500.00 in the past two weeks supporting you and I am returning everything that we haven't worn due to this absurd decision. I would like proof that the shoes reached the warehouse without a box and for the rest of the returns, I am going to record when I hand over the items to the person collecting them. I would also like a statement from the delivery person confirming that he collected the shoes without a box. I am very disappointed and disgusted by the way this was handled, and I vow not be spend a cent on your products even though they are affordable. You work with dishonest people who lack integrity and that for me is a deal breaker. Please do not return the shoes without a box, because I returned them with a box. ***
