Disgusting Service – Where’s My Refund?!

I have been waiting since 27 November for a refund of over R800, and despite sending ELEVEN follow-up emails and making COUNTLESS calls, I have been completely ignored! Every time I call, I’m promised feedback that never comes. When I follow up again, the same empty promises are made, and the whole miserable cycle repeats itself.

To make matters worse, there’s no way to escalate this issue. I’ve been told repeatedly that a manager would contact me, but NO ONE EVER DOES!

This is essentially theft. Superbalist has my returned items in their possession, but still have not issued the refund I’m owed. It is extremely frustrating to feel this helpless!! As a loyal customer who spends thousands of rands every month at Superbalist, you’ve lost my support for good. Your service is disgraceful!
