DISGUSTING SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!

i am so disgusted in you service . My daughter bought me a pair of takkies for my birthday. You the takkies were dirty on the inside. with mouse droppings and the paper eaten on in the box. I was to scared to take the takkies out, not sure if there is still a mouse in the box. My birthday was spoilt. I have never had such a horrible experience. Dont you guys check the items before packing. You dont even deserve a 1 rating
