DISGUSTING SERVICE

Company was very quick to take my money. Now that I want to do an exchange whoever the delivery idiot is does not communicate whatsoever and I have yet to have my order collected. It's been 3 days now and the driver keeps leaving. I had to take off from work for a damn package to be collected and now this???
