Disgusting Service, ******, No refunds

I placed 2 orders online on the 21st of February immediately after paying my order was cancelled with no explanation so I called them and I was advised that the waybill went to their Joburg warehouse which did not have stock on any of the items & was advised to place another order & dat will be sent to their Capetown branch and will definitely get my items & at the meantime they process my refund for the 1st 2 orders but will take 3 to 5 working days.. Immediately after paying for the 3rd order my order was cancelled again I phoned them again & this time was put through to someone else who apologized & said what the 1st Agent said was not true they don't have stock so I insisted that they must do an instant payment as I will not wait 3 to 5 days for my refund, of which they agreed but was told unfortunately will have to wait for the 1st two orders as they did normal eft so the next day I got my refund for the 3rd order( which was in dribs & drabs 21 separate pmts for each item) , 7 days later I still haven't received my refund for the 1st 2 orders (R1200) everytime I phone they promise to check & come back to me and no one ever comes back to me, I've sent numerous emails they don't respond... I don't know what else to do it's been such a nightmare shopping with Superbalist they are ******, ********* and poor customer service this broad day light *******. I will not recommend them to anyone as they take your money & never deliver and forget about ever getting your refund back they are evil
