Disgusting Service

Pathetic service. Online agents will spin anything during communication but do absolutely nothing to resolve issues. App is never up to date. I had to do the stock take and tell them this order isn't moving cause the item is not available. Which I am yet to receive a refund for. Agents will promise you anything to get you off the phone and will simply ignore all communication when they realise they can't deliver. I've been asking for this matter to be escalated, no one will ever get back to you. Never, never pay up front. Do cash on delivery. You will never see you money again otherwise.
