Disgusting service

I received a voucher to the value of R600 as a birthday gift from my daughter. I made the purchase of the shoes I liked on 24 May 2020, delivery was made on 28 May which was great. I qualified for a R250 voucher as a first time buyer and was very happy with the shoe I could get. I only realized afterwards when I tried on the shoe that the boot size was incorrect.

I logged a refund / return on 28 May 2020, the reason for the return /refund was because of the actual shoe size. I ordered a size 6 shoe (South African size 6). I should have ordered a size 4 UK size.

My problem is now as follows;

1.) To date (23 June 2020) they still have not collected the shoe after I have received several messages that this item will be collected (the first collection was scheduled 3 June 2020)

2.) Because of my bad experience with Superbalist I recently requested for an exchange rather then a refund, in other words to get a size 4 in the same shoe instead of going through all this hell again with a different product (or different shoe). I was told that the refund cannot be changed to an exchange.

3.) I will now forfeit my R250 voucher as a first time buyer because of this.

4.) Since the first notification I have in the meantime purchased many items from Yuppiechef, Takealot and other online instances with no problems whatsoever. This morning my daughter had a delivery from takealot when the lady who did the delivery could not believe i was still coming out with the same shoes since 3 June thinking its the collection.

I have now completely lost my patience. Still no collection today still and it is already 11h00.

Please may one of the following two things happen when they eventually collect the shoes.

1.) Exchange of the actual shoe to a UK size 4. or 2.) R600 cash back into my account.

At this point I would prefer to have the cash back because of Superbalists disgusting service, my daughter agrees with me wholeheartedly and will also never shop with Superbalist again.

She feels terrible because this was supposed to be something nice she did for me.

I dont know what is the rocket science with this query? Mishka phoned me yesterday saying they will collect. Again, empty promises.
