Disgusting service

I bought items from Superbalistic, and they were small and i requested an exchange, the items were picked up at my home address and i asked that they be returned to my home address as i am not going to work at the moment. To my surprise when the items were returned they courier guy went to my work address and i told him i registered my home address.

Now i am told i must drive to the office and wait for the delivery, or else they refund my money. i am on lockdown, no permit to drive around.

I am a loyal customer of Superbalistic but their customers service left a very bitter taste in my mouth. With this behaviour and attitude, you will loosea lot of cliets
