Disgusting service

I ordered a few items for yesterday's delivery.. It was an urgent order, hence I wanted it delivered the next day.. I am attending a wedding and everything I ordered was needed for today!! If I hadn't called to find out what was happening, nobody would have reached out, no updates would have been sent!! I spoke to 2 ladies who said they would call me back, and I'm still waiting!? What the hell!? I had to the borrow money from someone to go out and buy the stuff and all I get from you guys is a "sorry"?? What kind of service is this? I order frequently from Superbalist and never has this ever happened.. I'm really disappointed and will be posting about this on Social media.. You guys have just become so unreliable..
