Disgusting service 🤮

Horrible experience, I have promised and waiting on refund since ever since order date 30/06/2022 order number #155 061 10, I have called twice and spoken to their contact center all they do is promise lies. I have spoken to Leandra and Natasha.. Both of these ladies promised me lies, my last call I requested a team leader to call me, no one gives a **** 🤮the service is horrible... They gave me a 20%discount of which I haven't used because I feel with the amount of run around I'm being given, I want a 50%discount in anything I want to buy because of their poor service... And lack of communication.
