Disgusting Service!!!

I'm beyond gutted with the treatment I received the past few days from Superbalist. I ordered two shoes on Tuesday and paid for the "following day" delivery. Unfortunately for me I lost my phone the same day, on Wednesday I called Superbalist to give them my alternative number and they wanted my unit number too since it wasn't appearing on your side. I was told the driver would come on Thursday then. The whole day I had my phone on hand as I didn't want to miss this call. I even told my security to watch out for the delivery on both days.

By 4pm I had no received any call, nor my parcel. I picked up my phone and called Superbalist, calls were dropped 3 times. I sent an email and tried calling again. Which I held the line for a while before a colored guy came on the line. He told me the driver had wrote he tried reaching me and delivering at 3pm which was a blatant lie!

I asked him if my details are updated and he said yes. He was then to call the company and find out where is the driver then come back to me. I told him if my order doesn't arrive by 5pm they must cancel and refund me as I don't want it anymore. HE NEVER called me back!

Saturday I receive an email that my order is out for delivery, whose delivery when I have already canceled the order??? Now Superbalist is telling me they won't refund my full money, on what grounds?

I receive another email from Ayabonga telling me about making alternative arrangements when you place an order. What alternative arrangements when I was at home and NOBODY called me? He's telling me about what a lengthy process it will take to get my refund, why? I want you all to prove to me that the driver contacted me. To date I didn't miss a single call. The security says nobody came and asked for me.

I'm so gutted I've been using this online store for years now but I've never been treated like this. Bring back my money within 3 days and deal with your *********** driver yourself. I WILL NOT BE PUNISHED FOR SOMETHING I HAD NO FAULT FOR. BRING BACK MY FULL MONEY AS I PAID IT!!!
