Disgusting service

Superbalist's service is very pathetic. They've recieved to deliever my parcel for two days now for somethibg that is their mistake. They fail to update their system and now i must suffer. I logged an exchange and cancelled thst request and i logged another one at a different location they still collected at the location they cancelled. Delievery guys have been coming here only to turn back with my items because noone is updating the system on their end. This is frustrating really, I've had to cancel my plans to wait for this parcel for 2 days in a row. They might as well just cancel my order if I'm going to suffer like this for sonething i paid for. Their service is honestly disgusting.
