DISGUSTING SERVICE!

On the 20th of March I purchased a POLO billfold wallet for my partner as a birthday gift. 23rd, I received an SMS that my ordered was delivered to the Alberton Take-A-Lot branch. I went to collect my parcel, to my SHOCK, I received an empty POLO box. Luckily enough, I opened it in the premises. The lady at the Alberton branch told me that I need to log a refund/return request. I did that and left the box. I was told of a 5-7 business days TAT. Til this day, I have not received any communication from this horrible company. I sent numerous messages requesting for feedback, then I was told that the matter has been escalated and was given ***.. Its over 7 days, still no package, still no refund... This service is appalling, its DISGUSTING!!! Worst part of it all, I can even speak to a human being. All I get is robotic responses from agents who can't even spell. It's terrible!!! I need my money so that I can part ways with you and delete my profile. I will never ever use the services again.....
